Our founder, Joseph Koppa, and his family, aim to spread light and love by serving the African country of Tanzania. After living and growing up in Tanzania for 19 years , Joseph and his family now make an annual charity trip in support of various ministries.

provides educational support and discipleship to orphaned children.

offers retreats in Grand Rapids, Michigan, for families dealing with childhood cancer.

Joseph Koppa, CEO

Joseph washed his first window in 2008 with a gas station squeegee and had no idea that would lead to millions of windows being washed with the help of amazing people in one of the greatest industries in America. Today, Joseph leads a growing company, with over 45 locations nationwide, of passionate leaders committed to their mission of “Being a Light” by growing profitable businesses that care about their team members and the communities where they serve.

David Salazar, VPO

David joined the Royalty team in April, 2021. With more than 20 years of franchise experience, David has worked in executive roles at Fortune 100 companies, family-owned businesses, medium-sized businesses, the non-profit sector, and as a business owner. David’s role includes supporting Royalty team with ongoing coaching focusing on a growth-oriented mindset, while working to ensure operations simplicity for a talented team of professionals.
